Member Services or Client Services Pack 'CSP'

The Client Services Committee or “CSP” has as its sole function to ensure that our members receive full value from their membership.  However, as part of that function, we must ensure that our members in turn give full value to their clients and protect the rights of consumers. Read here for goals and objectives.

Our intent is that when a business displays the IDMA logo we have done our best to protect the integrity of the Irish Direct Marketing industry.

Brian

Brian O’Kennedy, Clearstream Solutions

Brian has over 15 years experience in international sales and marketing roles. In June of 2009, Brian set up Clearstream Solutions, an Irish Environmental services company focused on bringing global best practice in carbon management to Ireland. For the previous three years, he was Managing Director of DC Kavanagh, one of Ireland’s largest independent commercial printing and mailing companies. Prior to this, Brian worked for 10 years as Global Sales and Marketing VP at Arvato Sonopress, a subsidiary of the global media group, Bertelsmann. From its 18 sites around the world, Arvato Sonopress provides global supply chain solutions to the world’s leading media and publishing companies. While at Arvato, Brian spent 4 years in the US, where he managed global relationships with key IT, Software and Games customers.

Brian also previously worked for the IDA and Clondalkin group’s Irish subsidiary, Cahill Printers. He has a degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and has been an active member of the IDMA board for almost three years.

 

Olive FogartyOlive Fogarty, Chairman OgilvyOne

A business studies graduate, Olive has almost 20 years experience in strategic marketing on both client and agency side of the business. She spent 5 years as Marketing Communications Manager in Bank of Ireland and Norwich Union International. While at Bank of Ireland, Olive led the brand re-positioning project and was also heavily involved in developing the bank’s CRM strategy.

In her agency career, she has led many accounts including Vodafone, eircom, AXA, Cadbury, Kellogg’s and Irish Life, working in across business to consumer and business to business. Olive knows exactly how to co-ordinate the creative, strategic and operational facets to ensure best results on every brief. With OgilvyOne since 2001, Olive was managing director for 7 years during which time the company became one of the largest below the line agencies in Ireland with expertise in CRM, digital and brand activation. She was appointed Chairman of OgilyOne in 2009.

 

 

Enda


Enda Casey, Exact Digital ltd

Enda has held senior management positions within the Print solutions Industry spanning 20 years. He has a wealth of experience gained from working with multinational clients in implementing document printing and mailing strategies. Enda & his team are currently developing & marketing the concept of the Interactive DM as a more integrated approach to allow clients gain maximum value from the traditional direct mail piece www.interactivedm.ie

Prior to entering the Print & marketing industry he held technical roles within the telecommunications industry and qualified in telecommunications from DIT , Kevin Street & Universidad de Nuevo Technologica, Valencia ,Spain. Other Executive positions that he currently holds are Vice President of the North Dublin Chamber of Commerce.

 

Alma JordanAlma Jordan, Neopost Ireland

With a degree in Media Management and Hospitality Business, Alma started her career in CKR fm where she worked as a reporter and producer.

While always possessing a keen interest in marketing and PR, Alma took this career path in 2004, taking up positions in Lites Marketing, Blanchardstown Renault, Repak, where she also acted as a company spokesperson for local and national media and iRadio.  

In 2010, Alma took up a position in Neopost as Marketing Executive and more recently was promoted to the position of Marketing Communications Manager with responsibility for online, above and below the line promotional strategies.

 

 

 

Carolyn KeoghCarolyn Keogh, Persona

Carolyn has worked in the Print and Direct Mail industry for the last 12 years.  She has been a member of the IDMA in the various companies she has worked for.  Carolyn has a strong background in Lithographic Print, Security Print, Data Management and Security, Direct Mail, Transactional Mailing, Fulfillment, Envelope Production and Postage Initiatives.  Previously with IIP for 9 years, now back with the new group Persona since May 2011. Carolyn is assisting in streamlining the business from a traditional lithographic house to a innovative Print, Mail and Document Solutions Group specialising in high customer interaction document outsourcing activities for some great companies and brands. Persona are accredited to the highest independent standards within the industry, including C&CCC, IQ Net, & ISO27001 the data management accreditation. Despite a heavy work load, a 3 hour daily commute and a mouthy 2 year old to contend with Carolyn is super enthusiastic to be apart of the IDMA Client Services Committee.
 
Carolyn previously worked as Business Development Manager for Koverto Envelopes / Colour World Print and Dataconversion Direct Ltd.

 

 

Mick

Mick Cummins, IDMA Secretary & Treasurer, IDMA

Since his retirement from An Post in 1995, Mick has acted as IDMA's Accountant and Financial Controller.

 

  

 

 

Su Duff

Su Duff, Client Services Manager, IDMA

Su Duff is Client Services Manager with the Irish Direct Marketing Association (IDMA) and in this role she is developing and rolling out a range of increased benefits for IDMA members.

Previously Su worked as Director of the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) for 5 years, as Commercial Manager for JCDecaux Ireland and during 7 years as Retail Buyer with Penneys Primark in Ireland and The Foschini Group in South Africa.
