Regulatory Affairs Sub-Committee

The committee is responsible for monitoring Regulatory developments, and for ensuring the IDMA is represented on all relevant stakeholder groups pertaining to current legislative reviews. They make sure to represent the views and opinions of the IDMA and its members on relevant key issues that may arise.  A good example of this is the recent submission submitted to Minister Shatter with regards to the forthcoming regulations changes.

The Regulatory Affairs panel of experts are available to answer IDMA members questions at any stage during the course of their membership.  You can send relevant questions to them via services@idma.ie.
